We welcome our new team manager, Johan Tufberg, who had previously worked at a leading software company in the Nordic countries and has experience working at several organisations with software development since 2002.

After a successful degree in Master of Science in System Analysis, Johan started his journey as a web developer at the Umeå School Of Business and Economics. During that time he gained experience in a wide range of technologies and areas ranging from infrastructure as storage, networking and client management, to web development.

His resume includes various experience from working at a financial institution, telecommunications company to an IT infrastructure solutions company. He held several senior roles such as Software Developer, Product Manager and Head of Development, which gave him a broad knowledge in developing software. Before joining Codemill, he spent the last 3 years as Head of Development where he managed two teams developing software for real estate companies.

At Codemill, Johan will lead a development team focusing on software products and features inside the Accurate Video suite by boosting the team processes, team spirit, team knowledge and most importantly the team members. The product development team is called Moxie consisting of UX, Front-end, Back-end and Full-stack competence.

“Codemill is in a really exciting and expansive transformation phase to become a product company. In this transformation we see that Johan's knowledge, experience and personality are a good fit to Codemill and our culture. We believe that he will bring us a lot of value going forward” - Patrik Jonsson, Deputy CEO at Codemill.

“I’m really excited to join Codemill because the products being developed are super cool and targeting interesting customers within the media industry. Besides this, the most important part for me joining Codemill is meeting and getting to know all the talented and engaged employees making everything possible.” - Johan Tufberg.
